Roots-oriented rock and R&B act Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats are ready to ignite OKC with their new release via Stax Records. The “SOUTH OF HERE” Tour continues its streak of sold-out stops this Fall 2025 in nine much-anticipated US dates, including this Friday night gig at The Zoo Amphitheatre on September 26th, joined by special guest Hannah Cohen.
SOUTH OF HERE (2024) marks Nathaniel Rateliff’s fourth LP with his long-term backing band, The Night Sweats. Nominated for “Album of the Year” at the annual Americana Awards, it unravels threads of 1970s roots-rock texture from Rateliff’s personal life, insecurities, and victory over trauma. The “SOUTH OF HERE” Tour by Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats will remain on the road after its successful romp through the United States earlier in the Summer. In response to popular reception, Rateliff and crew decided to tack on a Fall leg with nine additional city stops heading toward San Francisco in October. But before that, fans can join them in OKC’s historic open-air stage, The Zoo Amphitheatre, featuring guest artist Hannah Cohen LIVE this Friday, September 26th, 2025.
Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats’ extended US jaunt again headlines their fourth full-length effort, SOUTH OF HERE, available worldwide via Stax Records since June 28th, 2024. The LP features Rateliff’s patented roots-oriented sound dipped into the energetic waters of rock and R&B, splashing with indelible 1970s influences. Experience songs such as “Call Me (Whatever You Like),” “Remember I Was a Dancer,” and “Get Used to the Night” in an illuminating new light on the concert stage. Hot off an “Album of the Year” nod courtesy of the Americana Music Awards, this album includes the lead single “Heartless,” a certified NO. 1 HIT on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart.
